Scrub Island is a private island resort with three restaurants, two in the main area called marina village -- a fine dining and more casual -- as well as one shoe beach bar and grill on North Beach. There are shuttles on property that can take you to North Beach, the villas or spa, but you can also walk. Don't fret -- they also have a ferry that runs every hour to take you to Trellis Bay on Tortola and Pusser's on Marina Cay offers a free ferry to their restaurant a couple hundred yards away.

Hi rayf,
No car necessary, the island is small and a ferry will pick you up & drop you off at resort (and shuttles are available to other islands for any island hopping adventures). There are 3 restaurants - Caravela is a fine-dining establishment, Tierra Tierra is more casual and there is a grill/bar at our North Beach. The Scrub Island Resort (Marriott Autograph Hotel) is the only property on the island, besides some lovely villa homes. Check with their reservations team to set up any side trips, dive adventures or anything else you need. Have a wonderful trip

For those of you who have been there did you enjoy it? It seems remote. Are there restaraunts in Trellis Bay and Pusser's on Marina Cay or are you relegated to just the Marrioot? Please advise.

I have been to the area by boat. I have not been there since they built the buildings that are there now. It is kind of a boater's getaway. There is a Pusser's restaurant at Marina Cay. Find out if they have transportation to Virgin Gorda or Anegada for day trips. Yes, it is pretty remote.
