Sandals Negril or Sandals Ocho Rios?

Hi,
we are 3 couples in the their 50's going for snorkeling, swimming, good food and relaxation. Which of the two Sandals above would you recommend please?
Thanks in advance.

I would recommed neither, and instead would go for Swept Away, right down the road. Better food, better beach, similar snorkeling

Of those two Sandals for sure I would pick Negril. Another one to think about is Sandals Dunn River. The resort at Ocho Rios to us was a little shabby looking (we were at Dunns River and could go over there). Dunns River IMO is nicer property than Negril but the beach at Negril is the best by far.

Sandals Negril!

I'm going there for my honeymoon in October.

The beaches in Ocho Rios are not very nice (in my opinion).
