Ritz St. Thomas - construction updates?
I hope to be visiting the Ritz-Carlton St. Thomas (staying at the club residences) in early February. Has anyone been there recently, or otherwise happen to have a current status of the construction there?
Is the new pool open? How about the Members' Lounge construction?
Is there a specific building/location which would be more desirable in terms of noise (whether from construcion, pool, etc.)?
TIA

Also interested in any comments on the dining options on site. Seriously, how pricy is the beach bar (Coconut Cove?), for example? I wish the menus were online...
Are any of the restaurants closed for renovation right now?

Someone here at my work was scheduled to go there Feb 8th and she told me yesterday they cancelled as that is time the entire roof is being replaced. Travel agent rebooked them to St John. Ritz is behind schedule on renovations

If I am booking a 2 bedroom residence in the Residence section of the resort, do I have access to the Member's Lounge? I am confused between the "Club Lounge" and the "Members Lounge". Are they the same thing? I thought that the Club Lounge is only for those who booked the Club Residences a.k.a, the rooms that include the 5 meal presentations, etc.
