My brother-in-law is getting married in April at the Ritz Carlton. My husband and I are so excited about making a vacation out of it, unfortunately we can not afford to stay at the Ritz for the whole time.

Can someone recommend a hotel, B&B, villa, condo... that is near the Ritz Carlton. We would love some place that is nice, but less expensive than the Ritz Carlton. Preferably under $200/night.

It's right by the Ritz with all kinds of condos. I didn't see what the rates are but you can contact the resort through the site:

One more thing - the restaurant there, Robert's is very good at brunch so I assume the other meals are just as good.

This is a timeshare place but you can rent anything from a studio to a full-size condo.

Thank you Carrybean, that looks perfect. Unfortunately it looks like they are all booked on my dates. April 16-20 2007. I checked their website, hotels.com and expedia, but no luck.

Pavilions & Pools is a few miles away. I don't know the rates for Secret Harbour but that's closer. Keep checking back with Elysian. Might be a cancellation.

I may be misinterpreting, but from the sound of your post, you have only checked on line for availability???? If so, I would give them a call directly. You will likely have better luck that way.

Yes, you better call them! My place is not even linked to hotels.com yet they continue to say I have no rooms available for the date required. Sort of helping out those that pay them I guess. I have tried to have them rescind it to no avail!

hi x, you are going to have a wonderful time at the ritz. its a beautiful hotel, with a great view of st. john, etc. i have stayed just down the street at www.secretharbourvi.com a couple of times and enjoyed that very much. they have a good restaurant, the blue moon cafe and fun beach bar. all the units are large! condo style with patio or balcony. the beach is really nice and has good snorkleing.
