We will be stopping in Jamaica for one day of our cruise. i would like to know if my sightseeing plan is workable. we have about 6 hours on the island. I would like to see Dunn's River Falls, go tubing on the White River and stop at Prospect Plantation. If time permits i would also like to stop at the Wassi Art studio. Does anyone know if these places are near each other? Any advice would be welcome.

I'd rather go tubing than visit Prospect but I guess that's a subjective thing. I might prefer tubing to Dunn's too but Dunn's is really quite beautiful, and fun if you're up for the climb. Crowded as heck though, especially on cruise ship days....

We did the tubing and had a blast... have also done DR Falls.

kimberly, is the tubing anywhere near Dunn's River Falls? We'll probably use a taxi from one to the other.

Very close. The White River is just east of Ochi, Dunn's is just west. Less than 10 miles, maybe more like 5 if memory serves....
