Last Minute Thanksgiving

Hi! My Thanksgiving plans just changed and I am left with 5 days/4 nights for a last minute trip. What location would you suggest for a last minute trip on a budget (from NYC)? Thanks in advance!

I would get to a travel agent ASAP and see what is available, and try to get some kind of package with airfare and hotel, since alot of the flights are sold out over the holidays already.

Club Med might be another good suggestion, since they have airfare included in their packages.

Hope this helps.

Check out site59.com for excellent low-cost last-minute trip planning. They have tons of options and good prices. I enthusiastically endorse them.

Definitely talk to a travel agent...they are the experts, and have access to last minute inventory that the general public cannot get

Thank you all for your replies. I am working with a travel agent, but not having much success. The best deal he could get was Aruba for $2200, is that reasonable? I think I will have better luck with site59 (thank you Mike!).

Hi Ruby - $2,200 is for 2 adults 5 days/4 nights from Newark,NJ, staying at the Marriot (and we get there VERY late the first day). What do you think?
