Did you get a meal plan? It seems that if you don't food costs could get out of hand, but I don't want to get stuck eating at Cap Jaluca everyday for dinner. At Biras we did get a bit tired of the dinners and opted to eat at the Fat Virgin 3 times and went to Leverick Bay one night, just for a change.

thanks

Good Morning jj,

There is not a meal plan at Cap per se, we had the Romantic Rendezvous Package. It is for 7d/8n it includes 4 dinners for 2 in the package. Although there are many great restaurants on Anguilla, we loved the package. We dined out every day for lunch in various places (recommended by this site) and had 3 dinners out in wonderful restaurants. The restaurants at Cap happen to be among the best on Anguilla, so we would have eaten there anyway. It is not like Biras, where it is one dining room for everything. They are 3 separate restaurants. There is Kemia, which is a Tapas menu, which was great, It is right on the water, as is Pimms, another great one. There is Georges which they have a beach Bar b que dinners. They bring the tables right on to the beach and you dine on wonderful food (crayfish, lobster and anything you can imagine, all you can eat) while barefoot in the sand. They also have live music that night. it is very casual and very diverse. having the package saved us money because we would have eaten in these restaurnats anyway, and you can still try several different restaurants outside Cap for dinner. Every morning breakfast is brought to your private patio as early as 7:30 if you wish. So you do not have to walk up 1000 steps (Biras), so you can have a swim, leave your door open and they set up a beautiful breakfast (coffee, fruit, assorted baked goods) and sit in a robe and take in the beautiful view. And like I said, lunch you are on your own to explore the island or not - it's up to you! There are several markets in the area so you can buy yourself wine, liquor, snacks and store them in the mini fridge in your room. Check out the website and you will see all the pictures and heres another favorite website to see the place travelhop.com.
