Kids might enjoy trip IF they can stand the BUMPY, LOUD ride. You might consider Barefoot Sailing - they do a nice trip to Rose Island, BBQ on the boat with liquid refreshments. They anchor over a beautiful reef and the sail is VERY relaxing compared to the banging of the power boat trip.

These are two VERY different experiences. My 7 y/o neice loved the Island World adventure. The boat has inboard engines and is not as noisy. We didn't have a bumpy experience. Of course, that would depend on the weather. PowerBoat and Island World are very similar, but one boat is an inboard, the other has 4 outboards. Part of the thrill is the ride over and back.
Rose Island is gorgeous, but it's a totally different kind of experience.

HI again, I think the Rose Island adventure is fun, but a bit dead compared to Powerboat...your kids will love feeding the stingrays and iguanas, seeing the sharks, and the wild boars on the island that just fall on their back when you tickle them! THey will really love it. I heard feedback from folks on the other tour and it didn't seem as islandy, raw and fun as Powerboat...it can get bumpy when the weather is a bit rough, but just choose your day carefully - in my experience, the louder and bumpier the better for kids!...take lots of sunscreen.
