Christie, I would not "force" your hubby to go to Jamaica. If you do, he may find a lot of things to complain about and ruin the trip for you.

Jamaica is a great place to vacation but consider going with a friend.

I've been to Booby Cay twice to snorkle. I never saw nudity there. However, Hedo II is only a few stone throws away from Booby Cay.

I think the info you got on the tiny island was incorrect. It is mostly used for snorkle and sometimes people have cook-outs there.

EJ,
Thanks! I'll take one!

Marion,
I used the wrong word.I meant to say "I was the object of your *bad day* "...I guess is a better way of saying it.

Tony,
Thanks..I would never force my husband to go with me.I know that he would ruin the trip..you are exactly right! I guess I will look at a future trip with a friend or my mom.

I abide by the fact that where there is smoke, there is fire. Christie, you have a history of bringing drama not only here but on another board I post on. If anyone needs to grow up here, seriously it's you, girl. Two seconds to Google "Booby Cay Negril" would have provided the answer that CaribbeanSoul wasn't yanking your chain. I realize you apologized and that's cool and all but hopefully you will learn in the future not to have such a trigger finger when posting, especially when someone is being helpful.

Muylinda,
I do not have a history of drama...I have had 1 post that was dramatic..( the one about Giardia) and that is all.Same thing on the other forum because someone from this forum got it going on the other one.

A FYI..I was reading my Frommer's book in bed last night and that is where I got the info. from.

Please don't get it going again...things have calmed down and I apologized to CaribbeanSoul.

Hi Marion

What a post to come back to

I wrote a post to Christie and then decided that if I posted it I would be as bad as her in her assumptions and as I read back I thought "If only Marion was here". So I posted the one above instead - I hope I made the point that CS has my total respect and I would trust any of his recommendations. Nuff said!

I was going to post to ask if anyone knew when you were back - and here you are. We missed you!

CS - this sandbar? Does it serve alcohol? We'd have a riot and my kids are old enough to be babysitters - Result!!!
