Spent a week there for Valentines Day. It has plenty of growing pains. Besides the site being still under some construction, the plantings are immature and doesn't give you the feeling of lush surroundings as yet.
The staff was still being trained, and there were quite a few glitches.
All in all.. we still had a terrific time, but it's not YET up to Four Season Standards. In time, it will be a jewel.
I think there are quite a few posts here regarding Emerald Bay's Four Seasons.. try doing a search.

How was the pool at Four Seasons Exuma? I'm thinking of going there with my 12 year old this July. I can't tell from the website what it looks like, and she loves pools. Also, how easy was it to get to the hotel from the U.S.?
Thanks so much!

we will be there in early July. I have 10 and 12 year olds. I expect the pools to be similar to Nevis and they were great. Both kids loved them. They also liked the kayaks in the calm waters off Nevis. Expecting very similar at Exuma.
Have a safe trip and hope to see you there.
