Parrot Cay is on it's own cay, you would have to travel by boat to play golf! Parrot Cay of your choices has the best beach though.
4 Seasons Exumas is spectacular, gorgeous, and has an incrediblr golf course.
I have not been to Nevis.

The FS Nevis is a haven of elegance. They have a beautifully designed golf course and I have to compliment them on their spa. We were there four months ago, and they do have separate areas for adults vs families. However, in July, I would guess almost any place could be overwhelming as children are out of school.

Four Seasons caters to families and in the summer there will be tons of kids at both resorts. They are larger resorts and would not be what I would call quiet and peaceful. If you want to go to Turks & Caicos you might check out a resort on Provo, the golf there is quite good, Parrot Cay is too difficult logistically to play golf every day. Check out Grace Bay Club, Point Grace, The Palms. If you want Nevis (we visited briefly in July and it is great) check out Nisbet Plantation -- you are only 10-15 minutes from the Four Seasons Golf course (which is spectacular, husband played in April) but Nisbet is much quieter and romantic. Our all-time favorite beach/golf resort is Four Seasons Punta Mita, just spectacular and much more impressive than Four Seasons Nevis, however, it is hot in the summer and also has the kids issue. It's quite difficult to find quiet and peaceful at golf resorts as they tend to be large and attract families, believe me, we are always looking! One place we want to try is Jamaica Inn, it's small and there is golf nearby. Have a great time!
