Dinner Friday night?
We have just one night in St. Martin prior to sailing on the WIndspirit this Sat. I have read all the posts about restaurants in Grand Case and still undecided. It you had just one dinner to have in St. Martin, where would it be? Thanks!

there are so many good places to choose from.
where will you be staying?
In the Philipsburg area I woudl recommend Antoine's

In Grand Case, i would recommend Bistro Caraibes

In the Maho area, Granduca, which is Italian

If you want something more casual, go Friday night to karakter, a neat little beach bar that has jazz at night. go around 5:30 PM, sit in the sand, watch the sunset, listen to jazz, and eat some delicious tapas for dinner.
more than filling.

You will be in the middle of fine dining in the Caribbean. There are a number of great restaurants in Grand Case....only restaurant in Grand Case I've eaten at (besides the Lolo's)was Spiga's...and I did enjoy it a lot! Barbara suggested one above - you can walk down the street during the day and look at menus - I'm sure your hotel will help too - I really don't think you can go wrong - one thing to perhaps look for is if they consider $1.00 to 1 Euro...if you care about that...some restaurants do - some don't.
