Dining in St Kitts

Aside from Marshalls (which we hear is a don't miss place to eat), what are the favorites on this island?? Leaving this Saturday 1/28.

Ottley's Plantation and Stonewall's are highly recommended.

Check out the St. Kitts restaurant reviews at www.myeyez.net St. Kitts forum for up-to-date information and reviews.

Restaurants range from beach bar casual to more island formal, so you will be able to see the all of the altenatives.

Where are you staying?

Well, you can't beat that!

If you want to explore the island and be able to go to some of the beaches on the Southeast peninsula, I would recommend renting a car while you are there.

Have a great time.

Stonewalls is great. Say hi to Wendy and Garry, the friendliest restaurateurs around. They boast the best ribs in this or any other hemisphere. being a vegetarian, i cannot assess their claim!!

We'd like to use our Marriott points in St. Kitts. Did you have any difficulties? We're a family of four and we'd like more room and privacy (2 rooms or suite). We have close to 150,000 points. Any suggestions since I've never used Marriott points before?

Oops, I just realized you are leaving in a few days. Check tripadvisor.com since there are many posts on their forum regarding the Marriott and St. Kitts restaurants. One that I see often recommended is Spratnet for lobster (spelling?).

A second for Serendipity and Marshall's. I heard that Sprat Net is excellent, but we didn't make it. I, personally, did not care for Stonewalls, but my husband did. The atmosphere there is nice.

Rock Lobster is a new restaurant in Frigate Bay, not far from the Marriott.

Great service, and delicious food!

Island Spice has really good creative food, only fair service. PJs has good pizza and pasta.
