Cap Juluca gratuities included?

Are gratuities included in the 4 meals for the Romance package? Should we tip each morning for delivery of the included continental breakfast on your terrace? Can anyone steer me in the right direction? Thanks so much!

Personally I don't know about the gratuities being included in the Romance package. However, when we were last at the CJ we used to tip every day the lady who brought our breakfast. Hope this helps!

The continential breakfast in included in everyones room rate. I have never tipped every morning, but do at the end. Whats nice is it is never expected, and always appreciated. Just so you know there is a day housekeeping service, and another in the evening.
Anguillafan, how much did you tip? I am never sure of how much and try to do what I feel comfortable, but I still find it awkward! Jennifer relax, it will all work out!

We always take along a roll of $20 dollar bills. We peel one off the roll each time we get some form of service. For example, when the sorbet is served to us on the beach each afternoon, each time we're provided with a cool towel or spritzed with Guavaberry mist, etc.

We tip the last day of our stay. Since we had the same 2 ladies every day we gave them $50.00 each. They did a wonderful job of cleaning 2x per day and bringing us breakfast. We tipped the Beach guys $20.00 each, but we never ordered any drinks (I always feel bad doing that, we would get out of the sun and go to the bar). They were so nice and very attentive. There is always a 15% grat added to your bill when dining out, but we tipped anyway, depending on the meal we always added at least $10.00.

Penny: We tipped $5 for the "breakfast lady" per day. We had several different ladies each day over the duration of our holiday. We also tipped some of the beach boys $20 as they were always bringing cold towels and water and were always friendly. If we had very good service in restaurants we used to leave an extra tip, this tended to be the case most times!

We also tipped a waiter and waitress in George's on our last day as they always provided exceptional service, i.e. bringing us our favourite drink, even before we had ordered it - creatures of habit we are!

And I forgot to add that we gave $50 to the man who groomed the beach each morning with the machine.

Please ignore the second post from "anguillfan" who clearly isn't! But a joker instead!
