Definitely the new Riu Los Cabos!

Absolutely stunning, beautiful lobby, grounds, 3 large eternity pools.

Very clean, elegant, Mexican feel. Excellent selection of food, great service.

If your budget allows, the One and Only Palmilla, just outside Cabo is a treat.
We stayed there for Valentines Day last year and were very impressed with the property. Very upscale and luxurious, yet with a very cultural flavor.

I was surprised that Cabo was as expensive as southern California...$16 US for a breakfast buffet! In terms of finding accommodation, there are many timeshares in Cabo, and they probably offer the best deals, and lure you in to sell their resort by offering free dinners, activities, etc...nonetheless to your overall benefit. The Pueblo Bonito resorts are nice. I highly recommend staying on the marina side which is in the beachside town. There is also a large new airconditioned mall there that you should take a look at!Taxi's charge $8 to $12 per trip, and almost everyone speaks English.

Cabo makes me feel like I've never left San Diego.. it's gotten far too commercial.
