Are Restaurant Reservations Necessary??

We are leaving for our Honeymoon in 2 weeks and were curious if we need reservations at most restaurants this time of year? We are there mon-sat. We hope to eat at Passions, Madam Janettes, and Screaming Eagle for sure (Flying fishbone might be too far for us). Any other restaurant recommendations would be appreciated! Thanks!!

You should make reservations at Madam Janettes because you will want to sit outside (too hot and stuffy to sit inside). The restaurant is closed one day a week but I can't remember if it's Monday or Tuesday. Flying Fishbone is pretty far so if you rent a car for a few days, that is one of the days to go there - but make reservations for sunset. The "Lighthouse" is a nice place to go for a drink at sunset -another place to go if you have a car rental.

I think that as a rule, you can't go wrong with making a reservation. I have been to Madame Jeanette's in January and reservations were needed. But that's their high season. You could probably get away with not making any, though.
However, you could always call early in the day just to make sure.
As for other restaurants, I loved Papiamento. And if you like fish, the Aqua Grille is very good.
There are so many really good places to eat it's hard to get a bad meal.
Enjoy your honeymoon and congratulations on your marriage.
