Antigua vs. Punta Cana

For about the same amount, would you pick Jolly Beach Resort AI in Antigua or an AI like Paradisus/Secrets in Punta Cana???

Great question - I am looking at the same thing! Any advice from anyone about quality of beaches and water?

I can't comment on Punta Cana but Antigua has great beaches. The sand is white/powder-like, and the water is that beautiful aquamarine color everyone is searching for!
