Hi Sabie1,<BR>I stayed overnight in Wolfville last September. It's a nice, small college town. I hope someone can give you info. on the Gingerbread House. My boyfriend and I stayed at Victoria's Historic Inn and Carriage House and it was excellent.

I have heard good things about the Gingerbread House Inn. Haven't been inside but lovely yard, etc. Blomidon Inn is an excellent choice as well in Wolfville. Make sure you take a side trip to Hall's Harbour and enjoy a lobster dinner on the wharf! Oh yes, Grand Pre's new interpretation centre should be open as well.

My husband and I stayed at the Gingerbread Inn a few years ago and liked it very much. We stayed in a cute {read least expensive!}room with a balcony surrounded by a huge tree, where we enjoyed our morning coffee. The other rooms looked really nice too.

I know of others who enjoyed the Gingerbread House Inn but I'm not a real fan. My husband and I were there on the off season, and were the only guests. As a result, the innkeeper didn't bother with an elaborate breakfast. Eggs and toast were it. Pathetic compared to what they "apparently" normally do. I would suggest the Victoria Inn which is close, or my personal fave, Blomidon Inn.
