If you are looking for a destination wedding in Ontario, there is no more beauty than in the vineyards of Niagara on the Lake... have a look at Vineland Estates, Peninsula Ridge, Herdner Estates, Trius at Hillebrand, or Peller Estates... all are stunning and offer amazing venues...

I really don't understand this question. With the possible exception of Victoria, everywhere will be snow covered in Feb. Since the only differences would be in the interior of the venue, why not stay where you live? Yes, I've seen some lovely wedding photos in the snow, but you could do that anywhere in Canada.

Maxx32: you have posted in the Canadian forum and have tagged your post Ontario, so it is reasonable to assume you were asking about Ontario destinations. Use the "change forum" link above to post on the Caribbean thread if that is a desirable destination for you.
Do keep in mind that weather conditions in February can lead to cancelled flights and stranded passengers. You will need a robust back up plan.

Turks and Caicos was the perfect family-friendly venue for my destination wedding. We stayed at Ocean Club West, used their on-staff coordinator for planning and it was stress free and AMAZING. My wife and I stayed for our honeymoon for two weeks afterwards and we just keep going back.
Here are some great destination wedding options (islands and resorts):

I would recommend a location that is relatively affordable to travel to. If you buy plane tickets at the right time, you can get tickets to T&C for about $550/person. T&C worked great for me, while Ocean Club West was moderately expensive, some of our guests that did not want to spend as much had the option of staying nearby at Royal West Indies (beachfront, but a little cheaper) or across the street at the comfort inn. Since we brought a lot of guests to ocean club west, they didn't mind our friends stopping by from nearby resorts and using the facilities with us. They were very accomodating!

If you are planning for a destination wedding, you can check at http://theaddisonofbocaraton.com . I had my wedding at the Addison on Jan 24th, 2015.It's such a unique venue blended with amazing food and professional staff. The location itself is very pretty, the giant Banyan tree really makes a statement in the courtyard.
