If you love living in Canada, why do you value your US citizenship? Why not become a Canadian citizen.

The reason I don't change my citizenship is because I have 4 children, and by me keeping my citizenship in the U.S., the too now have both U.S. and Canadian citizenship, and in this day and age, you never know where the jobs will be in their field. Why not give them the best opportunities possible? Also, someday when my hubby and I retire, if we decide we'd like to head south, we could do so with no problem. The only thing I can not do that a Canadian citizen can do is vote or work for the government.
