The three hotels you mentioned are in three very different areas of the Downtown Vancouver peninsula. They are all of relatively the same 3-4 star quality with the edge going to the Delta which is the biggest and newest.
The Coast Plaza is actually located in the heart of the West End and is very well situated to Stanley Park, English Bay beach and the frenetic lifestyle of the densely populated West End. Its disadvantage is that it's about one K. from the heart of the downtown core but if you're looking for a real 'Vancouver' location with great restaurants and lot's of activity this is a good choice. The views from the top suites are terrific and the best face North.
The Delta Suites is located at the Northern edge of the Downtown core and is well located for Gastown and the harbour. It's directly accross from Simon Fraser University's downtown Campus as well as near that of the BC Inst. of Tech.and the Wosk Centre for Dialogue so there is a fair amount of intelectual clentale. It's a short walk to the shopping areas of Granville and Robson Street but the immediate area itself is not that attractive at night. Not that it's unsafe but it does have a fair amount of lowlife around. Still, as i said above it's probably the best, quality wise, of the three. The upper suites provide great views of the harbour and North Shore Mountains.
The Executive is at the Southern end of the Downtown core well located for Granville Island and just East of the beaches. This is the only low rise hotel though the views over False Creek and the Beaches is still pretty good. The Downtown core is about 6-8 blocks directly north. Yaletown, the new demsely populated and trendy area just east of the Downtown core is also about 6 blocks walk away.
I hope this has helped your decision making.

Orbitz has the Executive hotel listed at $98 for a delux room. They have it listed as a 4 star hotel, that sounds like a great deal to me. the other two are a bit more expensive, but listed in the $130 - $160 range. It sounds like the executive hotel is the best deal
