3 Days in Montreal with an 8 Year Old
Looking for suggestions on what to do, where to eat and any places to snag some coupons or deals for attractions etc!
We are thinking of the Biodome, going for a bike ride around the port area, walking around Old Montreal. For dinner, one night we will do Prince Arthur and a lunch at Schwartz's. (Staying at Hyatt)
From there we are going to St. Saveur for 3 nights. We are staying at the Manor St. Savour which has some activities and a nice pool. We will also head to the water park which is nearby.
Any suggestion for Montreal or St. Saveur would be appreciated. Heading out on Wednesday and will be in Montreal on Friday.
Thanks.

I prefer the Biosphere (environmental museum built in the old Buckminster Fuller geodesic dome from Expo '67) to the Biodome. The nearby Ft. Stewart might also be interesting. And there is always La Ronde, the amusement park
If your 8 year old is not from a city with a Chinatown s/he might enjoy exploring the one in Montreal.

You didn't specify what price range you are interested in for meals. Here is a good thread for relatively inexpensive options

You already have a good plan. I personally thing the Biodome at the Olympic Park would be more interesting to an 8 year old than the Biosphere. Other things to consider would be a boat ride and a visit to La Ronde amusement park.
