Its funny you should say that Neil
I have a Mexican mate whose dad is a coach of a professional team in Mexico. I don't think that either my mate or his dad rate English football at all. (Though my English cousin who emails me with WC updates may beg to differ). Their focus in on their southern neighbours in football, Argentina and Brazil.
Good luck to the Aussies in the next round. May Kewell keep his temper in check.

Yes Australia gave it almost everything they had, except in the final few mins they were quite negative, playing for the extra time I suspect, knowing that a few pairs of fresh legs against 10 Italians would do the job.
The jury is out on the penalty though, I personally don't think it was a foul.
The tackle had happened and the guy tripped over the Aussies body as he was lying there, if Italian wanted to stay up he could have done.
Refereeing in this tournament has been quite daft, almost evry tackle that hasn't resulted in winning the ball gets a yellow card, FIFA need to remember this is a contact sport, the only way to eliminate it is to reduce the amount of yellow cards issued and have a 15 min sin bin for those that dive or commit bad tackles.
Better luck next time Aussies, you did yourselves proud.
