Neil, I didn't realise you used to work with Qantas, me too. Once when we were trying to get out using staff travel, my husband came up with the acronym for Qantas as "Quarrelsome and nasty to all staff". The ground staff (sorry if you were there) didn't really like the air crew and made it as awkward as possible for us to get on the aircraft. Like your new acronym though. Schnauzer
