Songdoc, THANK YOU! I want to tear my hair out when people say "Not interested in the GBR because I don't scuba, snorkel or swim" and dismiss a unique and diverse area out of hand.
.... and yes, I think you'd better visit our little heart shaped island State, too.

SB, a newish addition to The Rocks is very well worth a visit.
