Need help from an Aussie - trying to book and getting no response
I am trying to book accomodations in the lightstation at Cape Otway for the night of Nov 18 for 2 people but I have not gotten any email response from their website. I have sent two emails in the past two weeks and have gotten no response. I am wondering if it's best to try and call Australia from the US to talk to a live person? It's 14 hours ahead, so if I want to speak with someone at 10 AM, I would need to call at 8 PM EST in the US?

I'd suggest you call the Cape Otway people. It may be that they're having problems with their internet.

Just rang the Lighthouse about a visit for some of our rellies and asked the question on your behalf. They have been having trouble with their Internet connection and they suggest you ring them direct. How's that for good Aussie service!
