My husband and I honeymooned in Bali 11/7- 11/16. I posted a trip report upon my return. Feel free to check it out to give you an idea of things to do. We stayed at the Legian. Ask for Suite 431. The views were jawdropping. Good luck.

There is a lovely not expensive but great ambience spa in Seminyak very near the Legian called jari menari. Amazing setting - you can hear a waterfall during your massage. Definitely make a reservation as can be busy. Legian is close to IMO some of Bali's best restaurants - Ku De Ta (another fab place to propose), La Lucciola. Shopping - wander down Seminyak main road. For ceramic wares I love Jenggala in Jimbaran, can be combined with a meal at the Ritz Carlton. The Ritz also has an amazing Thalasso spa but $$$.
