We're off today!
To Nagoya for the night, then to Singapore, Siem Reap and then 2 1/2 weeks in Thailand. We are going to try keeping a blog this time and I'll post a link if I'm not too embarrassed by our first blog effort...trying to convince Teaghan bilingual would be good, but she's not so enthusiastic about double the amount of work.

Thanks for the good wishes. Of course I'll say hello to Ponheary from everyone here.
I'm in the World Club in Narita now...great set up. They serve great food...sandwiches, pasta salad, fruit mix, snacks, sushi, soup....and a variety of cocktail fixins and coffee drinks, sodas...nice. We made a nice lunch of it.
Last night at the Nagoya Hilton, the chef from the Millenium Hilton Bangkok was there to kick off the Thai Food Fair in Nagoya Hilton for the next 3 weeks or so. He was very friendly and great to talk with, and the food was excellent. Made me almost wish we were staying at the Hilton in Bangkok...but not enough to give up the Peninsula to do it! We had cocktails and nice snacks in the executive lounge before dinner...maybe because it was Friday night there was a great variety of food on offer in the lounge last night; we could have been satisfied with that for dinner, but all of us wanted to kind of start the holiday early with the Thai special dinner.
Tomorrow (or the next day?), a report from the Four Seasons Singapore.
