Thailand 11 days in August
Prior to our college age daughter studying outside Bangkok for the semester we will be traveling with her for 11 days starting mid August. We are struggling with what to do and when. It seems like we really need more time but that is not an option. Would love to hear suggestions!

August is rainy time for many places in Thailand including Bangkok. Exceptions being the gulf islands so Samui and Koh Pha Ngan are good options. A week on the gulf islands is a good idea and a few days in Bangkok.
I'd skip CM/Phuket in August.
