New Delhi to Siem Reap is a very long distance. I expect the best routing would be Delhi to Bangkok to Siem Reap.
There are many, many guesthouses in Siem Reap. We would need to know a budget per night in order to be at all helpful.
The flights into Siem Reap are rather expensive. And, of course, the temples pass is $20 for one day, $40 for three days and $60 for a week.
Are you doing an around the world routing?

For that price range I suggest you buy a Lonely Planet guidebook and also spend some time at www.talesofasia.com. You can do Bangkok to Siem Reap overland instead of flying to save some money. Last time I stayed at the Yaklom Lodge (www.yaklom.com) which has comfortable cottages with bathroom and AC, and is attached to a good Thai restaurant.
