Phi Phi - Arayaburi or Phi Phi Villa??

Has anyone stayed at the Arayburi (new part of Bayview Resort) or the newly opened Phi Phi Villa (not Banyan Villa)? These are obviously on Phi Phi island. I'm looking for a nice place with A.C., a pool, and a view, but would rather not be isolated from everything like we would be at the Phi Phi Village or Holiday Inn. The two places I mentioned look nice and a bit more convenient to "town". Any feedback or suggestions will be appreciated!

Hey, LA, you get to be a pioneer. Be the first to tell us all about it!

I think you're right! I'm leaning toward the Arayburi right now, especially since their low season starts a couple weeks before everyone elses, so I can get the room for about $55 US. What a bargain!
