Laundry & Other BKK ???s

Okay it is now getting down to the wire. So I need info on a few things. Can anyone recommend a good laundry service close to the Sheraton Grande? Do you know of one that will pick and drop off clothes?

Has anyone had dinner at a restaurant called Suda? Near the Sheraton?

you will find laundries along the sois off of sukhumvit...they have signs...i last used one on one of the sois heading towards bumbargard hospital which is on soi 7??? maybe...ask the bellman...probably noone delivers or picks up....i do not know about the sheraton but the marriott and the shangri-la have walk in operations adajacent to the hotel where you can take things and pick them up and save about 50% of the in hotel cost...there is one just up the road from the sheraton at the jw marriott...walk past the side (main) door to the hotel and enter the garage area and you will see it right there in front of you...

often malls have them as well...there used to be one in the basement of the plenochit ctr, but that was torn down this year...

Along Sukhumvit there are many laundries that will probably be 25% of the cost at the SGS Laundry. Try Soi 19 (a block from the SGS) where you will see signs for them. Some might pick up and deliver but easy to just drop/pickup yourself.

Suda is on Soi 12 (12? I think). It is an open air restaurant with fans (no a/c). Food/service/prices are not especially memorable in my book and Thai people generally agree with that. Most people eating there are foreigners.
