International trains to China blocked?

I noticed this warning on a site I was looking at for an answer to another post:

"CHINA RAIL UPDATE 29 Feb: The Chinese Govt has blocked all international trains, in and out of China from June to September. Tickets only available for Olympic package visitors. This affects Trans Mongolian and Trans Manchurian routes."

Anyone know anything about this? I'm not planning to visit China this year - or at least not until after the Olympics - but it's the first I've heard of it.

I am going to Mongolia in July. A travel agent told me the same thing, but I have been able to locate tickets. I worry that I'll get there and there will be no train. What site did you see the warning on? Thanks.

www.travelcentre.com.au/travel/russia - the notice has been been updated to say that it applies to OUTBOUND trains only. Where did you find the tickets?

I found them on www.cbw.com. Is anyone familiar with this site?

No, I've never seen it before. But are you buying the tickets as part of an Olympics package?
