flights in vietnam
Hi can anyone tell me if I should book my internal flights in Vietnam before I go or book when I am there. If the answer is book when you are there, any suggestions on how to do same would be appreciated.

If you have a few extra days when you're in Vietnam, you can book when you arrive. If you want to use Vietnamstay when you arrive, their office is located:
International Business Center, 1/F
1A Me Linh Square, District 1,
Tall, white colored building on the opposite side of the roundabout from the Marriott Renaissance Riverside Hotel.
If you want to book ahead, try

Hi, Jim2104!
You could also try online at www.pacificairlines.com.vn
Don't forget to add the .vn at the end. The language indicator is in the upper right hand side of the home page. Click the menu for English.
This airline (that I myself have not yet used) has been mentioned favorably here on this board.
Enjoy the flight!

I booked flights with an agent in the lobby of the Sheraton. Got a Saigon to Hanoi ticket for travel that day, about 4 hours in advance of the flight. Booked the return flight at same time for travel a week or so later.
