Bangkok; Davis hotel?
While looking up the Dulaya spa, I came across the Davis hotel. TheY are on Sukhumvit 24, down from the Nana skytrain station and apparently on the same soi as Lemongrass.

I was interested in their Baan Davis -Little two bedroom Thai villas in the center of the hotel property with their own pool and the Dulaya spa.
$375 per night, sleeps 4 and includes breakfast. The regular hotel rooms also look beautiful at about $90 per night over Christmas.
Have any of you slept or eaten here? I booked Landmark lifestyle Club rooms, but these villas look really beautiful if the location isn't just getting too far from everything!
Thanks!
Lucy

Thanks. I actually found them a minute after posting...I had searched for Davis under Taiwan (!).
Anyway, would love to hear from anyone else who's stayed here recently, especially in the villas, or used the Dulaya spa.
Also would like to know the distance from hotel to the Nana station in actual time...5 minutes? 15? hard to tell on hotel map and I am unable to tell distances on Nancy chandler map as well!

The Davis was being built when we lived in Bkk and I saw it often. I think the nearest BTS station would be Emporium and not Nana. It is in a rather crowded part of Soi 24 and location is IMO not a selling point as it gets a fair amount of traffic. From a BTS perspective and being in the center of Bkk a decent location.

have you decided on the spot yet? don't have to be fancy` just a cool place, like in ac cool.
if you have a place and time, just post it here so other fodorites, farangs and locals alike, can join the get together. should be fun to get together, have a few libations, and getting the inside scoop from the experts.
. hasta luego.
