aac limo from airport-reserve in advance?

Is it best to reserve and pay for the limo before arriving in BKK, or can we book them upon arrival? Also do the Mercedes have seatbelts and can a family of 4 fit in one car? The price to the Marriott looks like 700baht. Does that sound right?

I've been through BKK so many times, I can get the Limo service in my sleep. But if you've not been there before, I'd suggest booking ahead. That way there will be someone waiting for you with your name on a sign. The Mercedes do have seatbelts. Whether 4 of you can fit will depend on how much luggage you have.

i book ahead but it is not necessary...the fee is 720 if you book round trip...the normal is 800...discount is given for round trip only...you have to pay cash....plenty of room for 4...one in front...

I had no success in numerous email attempts to contact AAC limo before leaving for BKK on Feb 7. Upon arrival,Feb 9, the AAC counter was closed. Used limo service at adjacent counter. Expressway tolls were not included in the 1330 bht round trip fare. This was ~$19 each way without tip. Hope this helps.
Can anyone confirm the status of AAC limo?

i have had contact with aac in the last week confirming my trip in may...they have changed their fees recently and the tollway is no longer included....its still a bargain as hotel cars are twice the price...

you may have an old address.....what time of day did you arrive....?? i have never seen their desk closed at any time of day...did you go to the one just inside the building from the taxi stand?? just a counter....not an office???

Our flight arrived in BKK at 10:00am. After clearing customs we entered the terminal and went to the right. Did not see an office, went to the counter just inside the terminal. What email address did you use to contact aac?

the aac counter i know is to the left as you leave customs and you go almost all the way to the end of the hall by the door out to the taxi stand and the counter is on your left by the door...
