I suffer from really bad travel sickness, does anyone have any tips on how to reduce this while flying?

Your doctor is probably the person most qualified to answer your question and advise you on the best way to treat your "travel sickness".

From the context of your question, I take it you mean motion sickness. Your options:

Dramamine, Bonine, Meclizine: different names for the same medication that prevents motion sickness. Over the counter. There's Dramamine in an original formula too, but it causes quite a bit more drowsiness than the others can.

Scopolamine patches: a little patch you put behind your ear and can there for up to 72 hours. Prescription only. Can cause drowsiness, dry mouth, blurred vision.

Wrist bands: supposedly these apply pressure to the points in your wrist and "deactivate" the process that causes motion sickness. Over the counter.

Various herbal remedies: ginger is a common ingredient.

Obviously, there's no way for me to say what's best for you.

You should ask your doctor for a prescription. Whether it is for motion sickness, or anxiety, or whatever.

Ativan: good for both anxiety and nausea. Doesn't make you too dopey.
Ask your doctor.

I use Sea Bands -- elastic wrist bands that use acupressure to relieve nausea. They have been very helpful; I'm a believer.
