From the context of your question, I take it you mean motion sickness. Your options:
Dramamine, Bonine, Meclizine: different names for the same medication that prevents motion sickness. Over the counter. There's Dramamine in an original formula too, but it causes quite a bit more drowsiness than the others can.
Scopolamine patches: a little patch you put behind your ear and can there for up to 72 hours. Prescription only. Can cause drowsiness, dry mouth, blurred vision.
Wrist bands: supposedly these apply pressure to the points in your wrist and "deactivate" the process that causes motion sickness. Over the counter.
Various herbal remedies: ginger is a common ingredient.
Obviously, there's no way for me to say what's best for you.
