Any feedback on flying Business Class on SAS--worth it or avoid them?

i quite like SAS business class. have flown then many times from CPH-EWR and CPH-NRT. i like their duvets and they're seats are cradle comfortable. i like their food as well (had reindeer last time). i usuually fly star allaince RTW 2-3 times a year. i'd rate SAS as below singapore but above any of the US carriers. are you flying sas shorthaul or long haul?

We'd be flying IAD to CPH and then on to Athens. From your description, sounds ok.
