I'm not aware of any free sites. There was a site that was doing it for a small fee but that may have been more viable when Southwest didn't let you checkin online until midnight the night before a flight.
If you are on your computer a lot, I would setup something like Google Calendar, mark your flight, and set an alarm 24 hours before your flight to remember to checkin.

Boardfirst.com used to be a site that was free but that got shut down. You can try www.freecheckin.net, which is free. I still get a little bit ancy about giving personal information but if you don't mind then go for it. Otherwise, do what Andrew suggested.

A way I solved the same problem, was having a friend do it for me who had access to their computer. Easy, just gave them my reservation number, name, the time I needed them to check in. I was able to print the boarding pass at the Southwest kiosk when I got to the airport the next day. Worked great.

Assuming you have access to a computer, I either use the Calendar on Outlook and/or my cellphone to alert me. Set it up when you book the tickets.
If you know someone super dependable, have them text you on your cell phone at the 24 hour mark.

A friend who is a Fodorite emailed me and asked me to check she and her husband in for their return trip home on Southwest. She gave me the necessary info of course. It worked great! And I was happy to help them. So perhaps you have a family member or friend that would check you in via their computer fireze.
