There are definitely deals around. Continental Newark to Ireland is $298 roundtrip all-in right now.

On the other hand, we want to go skiing in March, and the airfares are outrageous!

And we were hoping fares would drop to/from MSP with SW staring service next month. But HOU - MSP is $406 (PLUS taxes) for late Mar. No introductory bargains there!

The fares are gone, but AA had DFW to Paris for $303 RT plus $113 in taxes for a total of $416. The fares were availble in March, April, and May. Other destinations (that I checked)were Rome, Milan, Zurich, and Frankfurt. The fares appeared on AA's website on Friday and were gone by 2:00 PM CST.

We booked three trips to Paris and one to Frankfurt. I was lucky in that I had put flights and hold and was able to purchase them even after the fares were no longer available.

We will each receive over 80,000 miles for these four trips. The fare class was N so the fares earn miles and are upgradeable with a co-payment or with SWUs.

My girlfriend wanted to come down to Florida, but the airfares were too high, so I will meet her in California for a week. PBI to San Jose was $118.70, one-way.

Returning was $107.70 on Continental. On their website, it said, one checked bag is free. Is that true?

I just purchased multi-segment tickets from Columbus, Ohio to New Orleans to Atlanta and back to Columbus for only $215.00. That saved us about $125.00 each - I'm SO happy!!
