Taking DL from ORD to VIE means two connections, compared to one on some other airlines.

If you're flying coach, there's not much in terms of service and amenities on all US airlines to Europe. You get on, get fed twice, you get off. No amenities kit, no towel, no menu, no nothing.

And unless you fly a route on DL's 777, you don't get a personal video screen on the 767 either.

If you are on a 767, bring a neck pillow for coach. Oh, and bring those $5 bills so you can buy yourself a drink. The movie projector and the front of the cabin will play one movie and mostly commercials, so unless you plan to sleep, you might want to bring some music to listen to.

I just flew Delta back from Rome two weeks ago and they gave out menus in the back;had more than one movie in economy along with different shows;gave out water every half hour and there was about 8-10 different music stations. Are you sure that you are flying Delta because I did not think that they flew into Vienna? Perhaps it is out of Paris or Frankfurt on Austrian Airlines or Air France?

Delta doesn't fly to VIE. If you're looking at ORD-VIE with one stop, then it's probably on Air France.
