Carry-on or Checked Baggage?
I have repeatedly tried to E-mail Ryannair, but they won't give me an E-mail address. Not only that, but they refuse to let me type my full confirmation number to manage my booking(only let me type 6 letters instead of 7. Plus, their web site doesn't even include the city I'm flying from(I already HAVE my E-Ticket)! I simply want to ask them if my carry-on luggage meets their requirements. I already used the same luggage to carry on with Tiger Airlines, which is an Asian regional airline, but not all airlines use the same criteria. What to do?

Doesn't Ryanair have a phone #, or at least rules for carry-on their website? I would be more concerned about the fact that the website doesn't seem to accept your confirmation number. I've never flown Ryanair myself, but budget airlines are not generally known for their customer service. Still, you ought to be able to check that you actually are booked on the flight.

Info on luggage is easy to find on the Ryanair website. Type in Baggage in the Search box.
It does not sound like this booking is on Ryanair, if the conf number is longer than 6 digits and the route is no longer on the FR website. Try viewing your booking by one of the other methods offered on the Ryanair website, ie DOB and email address that you gave when making the booking and to which your booking confirmation was sent to.

Why do you need to contact them - it's all easily available on their website
