Is there any way to get a price before hand on baggage over charge on BMI or Ryan before you go?

Is there any way to get a price before hand on baggage over charge on BMI or Ryan before you go?
I wonder if you can get the rates by weight or charge on baggage like golf clubs to not be completely surprised when you fly in european small carriers? also the carry on size like BMI is 7 ibs and 45 inches LxWxH, do they really inforce that?

I think the carryon limit is 7 kg, not 7 pounds.
On the two flights I have taken on Ryanair, my carryon was not weighed. In addition, I was carrying a shopping bag. But you cannot count on that.
I have read accounts of inaccurate scales. But if you weigh beforehand, you will have a good idea. If someone is traveling with you, the check-in agent is likely to have you weigh your checked luggage together at the same time (at least that happened to us).
