Yes, but be sure it's sealed...otherwise everything in your bag will smell like coffee when you arrive.

Hawaii is pretty strict with agricultural stuff, but ground coffee is okay. Green coffee beans are not:

Oh, sorry it says coffee plants are not okay. Green coffee bean has to be fumigated.

Thanks to everyone who wrote in. We are renting a condo for 9 days and love my Folgers in the morning! I know I can buy coffee in Maui but I have 2 cans right here at home and plenty of room in my carry on. I know I sound cheap but this is partly how I can afford to go to Maui for the second time this year!

No worries, kimkenly. I carried coffee to Paris this year because I wanted some first thing in our apt and didn't want to have to go looking for it. ::::: putting paper bag over head :::::

Oh, but Hawaiian coffee is oh so good! 100% Kona [peaberry] is the best stuff on earth. Ah well, to each his own.
