Best Airline to Europe
What is the best airline you have used to fly to Europe? I've used American a lot and I liked the premium economy section. I didn't, however, like the flights for their partner, British Airways. As someone who is tall, the seats were too close together and my knees were hitting the seat in front of me.

By “best” you seem to imply seat size & pitch (leg room).. Look at https://www.seatguru.com/ for specifics for each airline & aircraft they fly.

Actually 'best' mostly depends where you are flying from/to. I avoid BA as much as possible because of the way they structure their fares couting carrier imposed fees differently than say AA does on the same routes.
On any airline -- the leg room, comfort, etc will vary across their fleet of different planes.

Absolutely true...depends on the actual aircraft, layout, etc.....
I don't think there is a vast difference between any of the major carriers for trans-Atlantic.
I sometimes look at seatguru.com for seating charts, and there are also sites where travelers discuss particular flights and aircraft, and meals.....this is one of them:

Seatguru hasn't been updated since 2020. Try www.aerolopa.com instead.

I usually fly business class, so this is not much of an issue for me. However, I just booked travel from LA to Paris and back on Air France for my son and his wife. In economy, for an increase of about $100, you can get what is called "duo" seats, generally in the back of the plane, where you don't have that third seat.
