? about flight from Barcelona to Paris

This Spring we need to go from Barcelona to join a tour in Paris. There are 2 airlines. Veuling, EasyJet and Air France. The Veuling one I never heard of and it is very very early for us but a possibility as it would get us in in time....(see below)

1. Does anyone know anything about Veuling? Reliable?

2. The EasyJet goes to Orly. Realistically how long would it take to get to our hotel in Paris from Orly? (We have a meeting) We have a meeting at4 and the flight gets in at 2:20

3. Re Air France..can I buy a round trip and toss half?

4. Where is the Barcelona airport and are there hotels nearby? The hotel we would be at is in a pedestrian area and taxis can't get to it..so to take the Veuling flight we would need to be near the airport.

Thank you... I am sorry this is so complicated...

I have flown into Orly several times. They have Orly Rail that will take you downtown quickly. About the same cost as CDG Airport and time.

beach boi...take it easy ;-)
lois...i just did this. your better off just getting whatever ticket (price) you can to CDG, not Orly. CDG has the train, buses to the city, etc...the Barcelona airport is app. 25-30 minutes from the "main" part of town. it's a very walkable city, so i hope your hotel is in a good area.

CDG has Air France Bus, Roissy Bus & RER directly from Terminal 2. Orly has the Orlyval train connection to the RER-B or a bus shuttle to RER-C.

Orly is also closer to Paris central by car/taxi.

I don't see why one should choose CDG over Orly unless connecting to the TGV or another flight.

Vueling is spanish low cost airlines seems very popular among locals. Barcelona airport is siutated apx 20 km from centre but still in metropolitan area. Theres bus called "Aerobus" going every 15 mins to Placa Cataluna, a very center of town and You can use taxi from there if Your hotel isnt on walkable distance even to the start of pedestrian area where hotel is.

Easy Jet is my choice. I have flown with them seveeral times in Europe and they are very reliable. Just make sure you do not take more luggage than the allowed because excess baggage fees are high and sometimes you pay more than the cost of the flight. They are very strict on limits.
