55x40x20 carryon - Euro carriers

Is there a bag in existence that is these dimensions? I checked every piece of luggage we own and htey are all more than 20cm deep and much less than 40 cm wide. Even our 24" bags are only 32-35cm wide and they are "oversized" according to the European carriers.

We are flying Easyjet from London to Rome and Rome to Paris and would like to try to avoid checked baggage, but looks liek we're stuck due to this seemingly strange size issue.

Most countries and airlines limit their carryons to 23cm x 40cm x 55cm. Which is approximately 9in x 15 3/4in x 21 1/2in.

Most 21" luggage you buy will be 21 x 13 x 8.5. Why only about 13" or 33cm wide? It's because making them wider will make it very hard to pull in the aisle of the plane or a train.

It's mostly European LOW COSTS airlines that have that size. Most of the traditional airlines use the IATA standard 56x45x25 size

Thanks for the feedback, but doesn't answer my question of whether there are bags in existence to meet these specs. Every bag we own is >7.8" (20cm) deep

Most of the 19" or smaller rollerboards should be 20cm or less. But 21-22" ones most likely with be 9" or 23cm.
