What is the standard duration of stay in Zambia permitted for travellers? Maybe, they just stamped a three week stay permit on the passport without realizing that you needed a couple additional days? It could hv also been a genuine mistake by the immigration officer at arrivals....the ppl at departure perhaps, took advantage of that.

However, Laurie i do hope you make a trip report when you get a chance. I would really really appreciate any info on your travels to the Kafue area in particular as it's something that i find very intriguing.
