Where in Tanzania will you be teaching this course? Where will you be staying? Hotel? Someoe putting you up? For how long? How long total in-country? Will you have free time to explore or go on safari?
You do know you will require malaria meds, drink only bottled water (even for brushing teeth and don't let shower water into your mouth). You will also require a Yellow Fever inoculation for entry into Tanzania (and no doubt on return home to OZ). There are also other inoculations recommended for travelers anywhere as: Tetanus, Hep A, Hep (only if for extended stay and outlying areas living with locals), Polio Booster, Typhoid tabs... all to be discussed with your physician.
Good luck!
